About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do we need a visa for either stopover?

We will be flying from New Zealand to London, stopping over in Shanghai for 53 hours and we will be flying from Paris to New Zealand stopping over in Hong Kong for 55 hours.
Thank you. Karen
