About:Chinese Consulates in South Africa

Visitors L type issue

I need a travel L type, but I cannot find a time to go to the embassy as I am working in Stellenbosh during the week. Is there any possible way to get around this? For example, having someone go in my place? I also do not have my passport with me. Would it be possible to ask someone to scan it through to me?

You can entrust your friend or family member to submit the application on your behalf.
The scanned copy of your passport is not enough. Both your original passport and its copy are needed for the application.
