How to transfer to the connecting flight in Beijing?

hi guys, Is any one can help me here, Im Planning to travel frm Philipines to US, I really dont know what to do if Iand here in PEK for how manny hours layover. Is any any one can tell me what is the process on how to transfer to the connecting flight? Do I have to get my luggae or I can get it only in my final destination😊😊. Dont mind my English😃
