Cambodia Passport holder, transit visa for HK.

Hello,
I am a Cambodian citizen who is currently doing a bachelor's degree in S.Korea. I will have to take a transit flight at HK when I fly back to my country. According to this do I need to apply for a transit visa? I am looking forward to go sightseeing around HK during the transit hours, also.
