Visa exemption requirement in Shanghai

Hi, I’m planning to travel to Shanghai from Incheon transferring(by China Eastern) in Yantai(1.5 hour). Then spending about 2 days in Shanghai, I will fly(by Lufthanja) to Naples, Italy. After 10 days in Naples, I will fly to Shanghai(by Lufthansa) and transfer(by China eastern) to Korea(2 hour stay in Shanghai). In that case, do I need China entry permit to stay in Shanghai because of transfer in Yantai for 1.5 hour? Hope to reply soon and thank you in advance.

Yes, you need to apply for a visa to stay in Shanghai because of your 1.5-hour layover in Yantai.
