Do we require transit G traveling Delhi-Auckland via Guangzhou,China Southern airlines

Hi,we are travelling from Delhi to Auckland with China Southern airlines and have a change of flight at Guangzhou with a lay over of 5 hours while going and 2.25 hours while returning the same route. Will we also qualify for 24 hours direct transit.
