Enough time for transit flight at PVG

I will arrive at Shanghai Pudong T2 from Singapore at 12:45pm on SQ828, 2 Dec 2017. I need to transfer to China Eastern Flight at Pudong T1 leaving at 15.10pm for Beijing. Is there enough time for luggage retrieval, transfer and check in ?
