I'm staying at Hotel Andaz Shanghai. How far is Big bus stop and how to get there?

So your hotel is close to Xin Tian Di, right? If so, you may walk to the main gate of Xin Tian Di within 5min which is 600-800yd away from your hotel. There you may take Puxi Line of Big Bus.
