how to go from pvg to andaz hotel at 88 songshan road, shanghai. Where do I get cny to pay subway?

First, after arriving from immigration at Pudong airport, can I buy small demonations in CNY from ATMs. Second, can I pay subway or train with credit card or cny? Third, what is the best way from PVG to the Andaz Hotel on Songshan road.

First of all, I don't know what you are referring to by small demonation. You have to pay subway by cash. As I know, they don't accept credit card. To get to the hotel, subway is suggested:
take line 2 from PVG to People's Square and change to line 1. Get off at South Huangpi Road and leave from exit 2. You may walk to the hotel within 5min thereafter.
