Going to Huangguoshu From Guiyang Railway Station.

I will be staying around Guiyang Railway Station and is unsure whether to go to the waterfall by bus or train.
The options are:
1. Take a direct bus from Jinyang Bus station
-The new bus station is close to 20km from railway station, how long it takes to reach there by taxi ? Aware of the bad traffic in Guiyang.

2. The Train from Railway Station to Anshun then transfer to waterfall :-
- From Ansun Railway need to take bus to East bus Station to take the bus there .

Which is the most viable considering the traffic, transfer and fastest way?
