Hello I am a Filipino working in Doha

. I will end my work here at the end of this month (August). I will then go back to my country to Philippines and plan to go to China for work since I already have my employer there. These are my questions;
1. Can I apply this working Z type in Doha?
2. Can I go straight from Doha to Philippines?
3. What are the requirements in getting the Z type?
4. Do I need a bank statement? I don't save money in the bank. If I need, is it fine to put money in the bank and ask for bank statement?
Will there be any problem doing it .
