from kunming i plan to fly to either dalilijiang

from either of these 2 cities , depending on where where I land, am I able to find a tour that can take me (2 person) from either of this place for tour to the tourist attraction place in these 2 cities plus Shangri-ra  for about 7/8 days ? How much will the cost be, can you help me to recommend tour company , thanks.Steven from Singaporean.
