I am asking a friend to bring a package to Beijing for me, he lands in the international airport, is there any parcel services at the airport so that he could drop off my package at the counter without having to mail it for me after he leaves the airport?

As I remember, there is a baggage service counter on the left of domestic departure hall of WUH. Ask your friend to store your package there and a fee should be paid.
