I wonder if the stay in shanghai can qualify for a free transit when both flights in and out are from and to the same airport however with just another transit somewhere on the way. See example below:
Travel 1: London > Shanghái
Travel 2: Shanghái > Paris (connection) > London (all in 1 booking)
