About:China Visa

About Q1 type but at the same time allowed to work?

What if i have Q1 but i was offered a work.what should i do.what type should i get.my husband is a chinese.

Hi, you can try to convert your Q type into a work Z type at the local PSB for that. If it can be done, you can work in China legally.
