Can I get a 144 hours free transit or 2 X 72 hours free transit

I am travelling from France (with a french passport) and going to the following cities :
- Shanghai (staying less than 72 hours)
- Beijing (staying less than 72 hours)
- Seoul
and then back to France

Do I need a visa?
