About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit G type for South African passport holder

I will be traveling from Hong Kong, where I reside, to Vienna. Since I'll be flying with Air China, there is a 3-hour layover at Peking Airport. I am a South African passport holder. Will I need a transit visa?

No need to apply for a transit G type.
If your transit is under 24h within China, you´re eligible for the 24h free transit.
