Male earth horse: this is Rohit and my date of birth is 23 July 1978.

Hi, I am doing a great job and love the resposibities I have been given. There have been tough situations from starting of this year and because if which my boss was never in my favour. He also gave me no appraisal which was very disappointing. Now my boss is moved on but there are new business which have come in and teams are going through a tough time and being their manager it seems to be a really challenging time for me at work and I am always afraid that I may loose my job but I am doing the best and the hard work required which I feel my new boss who is a female acknowledges. But there are few jealous people (competitors / managers) who try to harm me as i believe I am threat to them when it comes to knowledge and fair competition. Could you please advise as how good I will be with my current Job in coming months and will I be bale to succeed fighting back all obstacles or does it look like stars say that is good to look around for a good job as there is no point giving effort. Although I love my job and also love to take challenging work. Thanks, appreciate your efforts. Rohit Kumar

Rohit,
As you were born in the year of the Earth Horse, you had benefited from this year. You climbed up the ladder so to speak. It is true that Rooster year is always difficult for the Horse, yet you managed to get something out of this year, as it is Fire year, and people with Earth element always benefit from Fire element. It will continue to be tough for you until the year of the Earth Dog starts, but you will keep your managerial position. The problems you face at this time are not of your own making. These are economical problems, which are independent of you. Disregard opposition from people who don’t like you. As it is the case with every one of us, only few people can approve of you. The others don’t like you anyway, no matter what you may do. My advice to you is to stand your ground and don’t give in an inch. In half a year, you will emerge victorious. Rooster years are always tough for people born in the horse years. Good luck to you.
