Hello everyone,I am Indian paasport holder but also I am student of ESC Rennes and want to go to china foe my study tour for 10 days? please let me know is china embassy is there is Rennes (France) and what is the procedure and how much time and money is need for this application? what can I do ?

You can apply in France of course if you study there. Please check the consular districts above and you will find right office for application. Generally, regular processing takes 4 working days, and you can also request express service if you need. If you apply in Paris, your application needs to be submitted to CVASC, then an online requirement is required and you need to pay EUR 66 for a single entry under regular processing.
