--From PVG to Zhangjiaguang:
The most convenient way: PPudong airport has direct shuttle bus to Zhangjiagang at 12:50, 14:40, 15:40, 17:40, but expensive in price: 120RMB Recommend you take this way if you have much lugguages. If not, you can take airport shuttle bus to Shanghai Railway Station. There are buses at the bus station in the north sqaure. Bus ticket is about 50RMB (150km).
--There is no train. Stay one night in Shanghai.

Hello Ms.Cindy,
I really appreciate you for spending your time replying to my question.I am sorry to say this but you got my question wrong. I don't want to go to Zhangjiaguang or what ever it is. I dont even know if that place exists. I want to go to Zhenjiang city in Jiangsu Province. If you know about how to get there plss let me know.
Thank you,
Rohith..

Forgive my near sight, Mr. Rohith. Okay, ignore the last post and here is the new reply:
The cheapest way: of course not taxi. You should take airport bus Line 5 to Shanghai Railway Station first. There are nearly 60 trains a day to Zhenjiang from Shanghai, including bullet trains which can take you to Zhenzhen within 2 hours. Train ticket: 74/88RMB for speed bullet train, 38/57 for other trains. Comparatively, bus ticket is cheaper 38/50RMB, but it will takes 3.5 hours. You can take bus at Jiaoyun Gaosu Bus Station in 258, Hengfeng Road, Zhabei District. It is not far away from Shanghai Railway Station, you can take a taxi to the bus station. The last train leaves from Shanghai at 23:57. You need about 70 minutes to get there from airport. Time is a tight. Hope it is fine this time. :-)

Thank You Ms.Cindy for your reply. Your reply is very informative and will be of great help to me. Yeah and of course this time you got me right.
I just have one more doubt. In case if i wont be able to catch the last train to Zhenjiang, will there be any bus to Zhenjiang at that time. Or do i have to wait all night to catch a bus or train the next morning. To ask u in the other way round "When is the last bus to Zhenjiang from Shanghai's Jiaoyun Gaosu Bus station?"
Thank You,
Rohith.

The last train from Shanghai Railway Station to Zhenjiang leaves at 23:57, and then next one is at 04:52. Please never consider taking a bus since there are only three buses leaving from Shanghai to Zhenjiang. So, if you miss the last train, I think you could stay at the railway station for the next one. Not very long! Of course, you could rent a cab to Zhenjiang.

Thanks Mr.Shan... I feel taking a train would be a better option. I guess renting a cab would cost a lot more. Thnx so much for the reply.
