what are the requirements needed for the application of work visa?

I'm Steven Clerk, presently in China, but I got a job offer from a school in Jingmen, Hubei Province. I have already been offered the notification letter of foreigner's work permit in the People's Republic of China by the Hubei Provincial Foreign Experts Affairs Bureau. What other documents do i need to get for the application of the work Z type?

You should prepare the relevant materials including your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, the work permit as well as other documents  required by the consular officers.
