regular train from taoyuan airport to taichung

I would like to know how to get to Taichung from Taoyuan airport by regular rail, not the high speed rail. Thanks.

You can take the bus to Taoyuan Railway Station first (not Taoyuan High Speed Station), then take a direct ride to Taichung. The rail trip would be within 2 hours.
