Hong Kong Business Visa Multi Entry for 1 Year

Hello,
Could someone please tell me if an Indian National can apply for Business Visa Multi Entry for 1 Year. My PAR went unsuccessful and I'm aware that I have to apply for a entry permit to the HK Immigration directly.
If someone has got their application processed successfully, kindly share the checklist (Documents we need to submit to obtain it) and the fee to be printed on the Bank Draft?
