Yes, you can take the bus in Center Bus Station at 7:30, and it takes you CNY230 and about 24 and a half hours.Or you can take a bus at East Bus Station at 8:00, which takes you CNY225 and about 24 hours.

Thank you for your response. I had the friend's friend in China called the bus station.  The bus ride  time is 10 hours, not 24 hours. The 24 hour ray was a long time ago, probably due to a landslide.
