Visiting in Australia and urgently need to go to Shenyang China

Hi, I'm in Australia on a visiting entry permit and I now urgently need a Chinese visa to go to Shenyang where my daughter has been injured and needs my help. Can I get an entry permit from Australia to go to China, even though I'm not a citizen here. I have about 10 previous Chinese tourist L types with the most recent being in March 2017. So I frequently go to china, if it makes a difference in my application. Thank you for your response.
