About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am Iranian, flying from Iran (Tehran) to Beijing to Seoul, There is a 7-hour layover in Beijing.

I do not want to leave the airport will I need a specific visa?

You don't need a visa for that because you can enjoy 24 hour direct transit in Beijing. Have a nice trip!

There's no free 24h transit for Iranians.
You have to apply for a transit G type.
There's several countries on this ban list and travelchinaguide should update their information.
