About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I am from Myanmar. My flight is from Bangkok to Sapporo via Shanghai.

I have to stay 17h at the Shanghai airport. Do I have to pass the immigration and need a transit visa?

You don’t need a transit G type for that. You can use the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai.
