About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

transit passenger staying for flight connection inside capital airport facility

am i allowed to stay in the transit lounge awaiting for my connecting flight which can be approximately 12 hours awaiting connection between flights.in the airport. (international route).
