About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I am flying from the UK to Shanghai via Germany and staying in Shanghai for three nights

I am then going on a cruise for six nights traveling to Japan and returning to Shanghai for one night before returning to the UK. Do I qualify for the transit visa with this itinerary?
