If your kid is used to the low altitude, I suggest you omit Shangri-la, whose altitude may make your baby uncomfortable. For the other two places, it is ok to go. Lijiang Old Town, Mu's Old Residence and Lugu Lake are suggested. To go to Dali, direct buses are available at Lijiang Bus Station. Don't miss the Dali Ancient City and Erhai Lake.
