About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hi...I want to apply visa Q1 in my country and then apply temporary resident permit in china.

What kind of documents I need to prepare? My husband is from China and we will living in Wuxi. Where can apply that permit? Wuxi or Shanghai?

Hi, for the application of Q1 type, you should prepare your passport and the copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your husband and copy of his Chinese ID card, and your marriage certificate and its copy. You can apply for the resident permit at the exit and entry administration of Wuxi PSB.
