About:Chinese Consulate in Christchurch

We live very close to the consulate in Christchurch

Can we drop off our application in person and pay with cash/visa and pick it up when it is ready?

If your living area belongs to its consular district, then you can do that. But usually, you should make the payment when you collect your passport.
