About:Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan

I am a Kazakhstan citizen living on a spouse visa in the UK.

Can I apply for a single tourist visa at the Chinese Embassy in the UK? I've heard that Kazakhstani tourists can only enter China as part of a tour group, is this correct, or will I be able to get a single tourist L type in the UK?

Yulia, based on what I know, you can only apply for a group tourist L type for China. You need to book a tour from a travel agency.
