About:Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan

I am an American working in Kazakhstan

I recently accepted a job in shanghai. Can I apply for Chinese work Z type while in Kazakhstan. I have a Kazakhstan visa valid until August 22 2017

You can try to apply for that in Kazakhstan.
