I leave Hong Kong on Nov 11 and travel back to Beijing with a 3 hour layover en route back to USA. Am I eligible for 72-hour Visa free transit upon arrival at Beijing and 24-hour Direct Transit upon return to Beijing en route USA with 3 hour lay over? Thank you in advance.
