Qustions about train and water

I have questions about the train from Beijing to Xian, do they serve refreshments on the train? Do they have toilets on the train? Is the tap water safe to drink in Xian?

Yes. The dinning car and toilets are available on the train. The tap water in China is undrinkable. It should be boiled before drinking. Some hotels usually provide their guests with two bottled water for free in the rooms on a daily basis.
