About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I am transiting from PEK T3 to T3 (international to Domestic) and have 1.2 hrs of transfer

and i've 1pc baggage?

is it enough time? is it possible to take a baggage than give it to back?

Well, Generally speaking, it takes at least 2 hours to make this transfer.
For this international to domestic transfer, you need to collect the luggage and recheck them at PEK.
Thus, if possible, you are advised to change the schedule of your next flight.
