About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Qualification for 144hr transit visa

I am flying to china i am italian. My stay is under 144hrs in china, then i travel to singapore
I stay in singapore just 2hrs then fly to uk, do i qualify for 144hr free transit in china?
