refund card at capital airport after 5 pm

Is it possible to return the card at capital airport, terminal 3 after 5pm? We will be there at around 11 pm in the night.

Well, the working time of the office is the same as the operating time of the metro, which is from 06:20 to 22:50. Therefore, you can refund the card after 5pm but must before 22:50.
