About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

If my departure destination is Dubai with EK flight to Shanghai.

Then stay for 72 hours in Shanghai with booked ticket from domestic flight from Shanghai to Hong Kong and then take a EK flight back to Dubai, am I eligible to stay with transit visa in Shanghai?
