About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

USA to Beijing to Japan to Hong Kong

I am flying from the US to Beijing and will stay for 3 days,
then to Japan (3 days) , then to Hong Kong (3 days),
and finally back to US. Does this qualify for free transit policy?
