Chinese Visa (Without stamp UAE Visa)

Now I cancelled UAE Residence permit and applied for UAE Visa. I will get the the Entry Permit/Visa end of this week. Without stamping visa on Passport can I get my Chinese visa from UAE for 15 days or I have to apply from Armenia?
