About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi flying into Shanghai and leave for Japan in two days then from Japan to Taipei,

Taipei back to Shanghai and then fly back to Australia in three days. Do I need a visa?

Hi, you can enjoy 144 hour free transit in Shanghai in both directions, no visa is required then. Have a nice trip!
