is there intra terminal train available from T3 to T2 (intra terminal) free shuttle train at PEK?

where to board...?
what is the most efficient way to move between terminal...?

The most efficient way to move between terminal is the free shuttle bus. You can take it at Gate 5 on the Arrival Floor in T3.
