About:China Business Visa

What type of visa do I require for secondments/intra company placements?

I work for a German company, which intends to send me to Hong Kong. There I will work for affiliated/subsidary company of my German company and the work related tasks are only conducted in China. The secondment to China will be less than 90 days and my German work contract will still be kept active, even though I 'll receive a special payment from the Hong Kong based company.

I am looking forward to your response.

I think you can apply for a business M type for mainland China to do that.
