About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Work Z type for dependent of a intra company transferee

Hi,
My wife is going to be transfered to China on intra company transfer from India. I am working and will like to continue my career aspirations in PRC.

What is the type for me as a dependent and any restrictions and how to go about searching for a new job with that visa once obtained.

Please share the requisite details and your directions will be highly appreciated.

Sumeet, you can apply for a dependant S1 type to enter PRC with your wife.
You can find a job with the S1 type when you are in PRC, but once you find a job, you need to change your S1 type to a work Z type, and then you can work in PRC. The S1 type is not allowed to be used for work.
