My husband and I are traveling to China on Aug 1st 2017.

SmarTour provided an invitation letter they told us we have to bring to request the visa. Can I pick up the application at the consulate during office hours? I understand I have to type the information, but I prefer to pick it up personally and then bring it back to the consulate with all the other documentation. Thank you for answering my question.
