Leaving the airport

I'm Norwegian citizen, KIX > PEK > CPH > OSL, 19 hours stop in PEK, can I leave the airport for quick sightseeing and hotel?

Yukho, you can do that. But you may be required to apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office when you arrive at PEK.
