Where can I apply for the Shenzhen VOA?

Where can I apply for the Shenzhen VOA if I am a Canadian citizen and my husband has a British passport? Can this be done at the Shenzhen/Hong Kong border? What documents do I need to provide other than my passport? Thank-you!

You can apply for Shenzhen VOA at the border crossing Luohu between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. You need to prepare your passport and enough fees. CNY304 for British, and CNY168 for Canadians.
