About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I have a South African passport, but I live and work in Taiwan.

I have an ARC in Taiwan. Is it possible for me to apply for a Chinese visa in Taiwan or Hong Kong? (This is my first time to apply for it)

Hi, it's possible for you to make the application from HK or Taiwan. You are advised to find an agency to help you make the application in Taiwan.
